An experienced and proven individual in the aircraft maintenance industry, having fulfilled technical, management, policy and strategic roles. Currently employed by Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) as a Change Management Specialist on the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) program at HMAS Albatross, Nowra, NSW. Previous experience as the BDA Defence Aviation Safety Authority Part 145 Quality Manager and as a member of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). Serving for 23 years in the RAN, with a background as an Aircraft Technician (Mechanical), Maintenance Manager and Flight Senior Maintenance Sailor on SK-50 Seaking, S-70B-2 and MH-60R Seahawks. I have worked ashore and embarked on ships at sea, in the performance of this role. I assisted with the MH-60R Introduction Into Service program, living in Florida, USA for two years, building on my international relationship and project deliverable abilities. I have aspirations of furthering my Program, Quality and Human Resource Management skills. I believe our people are valuable assets and I have a passion to support and motivate them in the fulfillment of their personal and professional goals, whilst supporting the needs of the organisation and their strategic outcomes.
