The change to a commission structure allowed us to provide faster and more efficient service to the sales channels whilst rewarded those who were making the effort. • Managed outstanding direct marketing sales events for up to 1200 delegates. • Developed and implemented the methodology and systems required to deliver ‘bundled service’ contracts to large industry. • The bundle of services included: office cleaning, industrial cleaning, pest control, external landscaping, indoor office plants, hygiene equipment and security.
