Assessment of potential transactions, development of cash flow projections for​credit decisions, coordination of credit approval process, monitoring and reporting of risks associated with portfolio of clients and training and mentoring of junior analysts;• Support origination efforts by identifying potential opportunities and developing client-specific solutions; negotiation of loan documentation and coordination of implementation;• Interaction with corporate treasurers;• Attend client functions;• Attend industry events (APLMA, S&P etc.);• Industry specialisation: Mining, Telcos, Casinos/Gaming, Power Generation & Supply. Clients consisting of a mixture of listed companies (ASX 100) and unlisted companies;• Quarterly monitoring of high risk clients (watch-list reports); and• Chairing an Innovation Committee responsible for generating Innovation in the Australian business, including representing Australia at the global conference.

- Help in the preparation and participate in CD senior management screening committees of complex/large hedging transactions;- Credit/Transaction Structuring; interface with Marketers and Bankers for trading Limits & terms;- Keep management informed on deteriorating credits or escalating exposures; coordinate with Bankers/Legal, etc.;- Prepare Quarterly Flagged Loans and Doubtful Debt Reports on CD files; and- Represent CD in Interdepartmental meetings, Credit Committees and Transactional Approval Committees (TAC).

- Similar to VP role in Sydney from September 2013 but slightly more junior and based in London;- Industry specialisation: Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Real Estate and Construction, Repair and Maintenance. Clients consist of a mixture of listed companies (FTSE100 and FTSE250) and unlisted companies.

• Credit and financial statement analysis;• Client management of 25 high net worth private property developers;• Processing applications involving construction finance & property finance to AUD80m-AUD100m;• Annual and semi-annual reviews of clients and their respective facilities; and• Review and report daily to the Credit Manager to ensure growth and stability of the portfolio.
