Over the years at Access Control Systems, Inc., I have made myself one of the more knowledgeable service technicians in the area with a vast knowledge of multiple manufacturers X-ray machines and magnetometers. I have taken on roles ranging from managing service, managing installs, and overseeing parts distribution and repair, plus more! Most recently adding to the list managing and overseeing all of A-C-S's marketing department.Recently though I have worked away from being a field service technician to an office role. My role at A-C-S has given me the opportunity to better assist clients with immediate service over the phone. I still manage overall service to client's, but having this support now gives our clients the ability to directly troubleshoot problems over the phone which has helped save on response time and equipment down time!
