• Support VP of Finance to provide Senior Staff appropriate levels of financial reporting to guide their decision making for a division of a US publicly traded corporation• Lead preparation of monthly consolidated multi-currency, multi-company, multi-business unit financial statements submitted to corporate within 3 business days of month end• Lead preparation and review of monthly management reporting package, variance analysis and progress on KPIs• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual corporate reporting packages• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast and annual 5-year planning process and associated KPIs• Define, design, develop, build and implement reporting systems and processes • Lead, coach, develop and motivate 4 direct reports and 3 indirect reports
