I launched my production company in 2002 and decided to fine-tune my skills in docu-reality. So in 2007, I moved to Denver where I produced and field directed 12 half-hour episodes of HGTV’s My Big Amazing Renovation. Working with a tiny budget and small production team, I was tasked with developing on-going relationships with families in Chicago, Colorado, Atlanta, Miami and Washington, D.C. as we documented the stress, delays and budgetary problems of the massive home renovations they had… Show more I launched my production company in 2002 and decided to fine-tune my skills in docu-reality. It was an exciting, challenging job where I nurtured trust with 10 different couples and their realtors as we chronicled every critical moment in the sometimes harrowing but always entertaining experience of buying a home for the first time, in a very turbulent market.
