As Senior Vice President for CBRE, I bring a successful track record in development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage. My tenant representation clients include Eatzi’s Market & Bakery, Tyler’s, Racquet & Jog, Sunstone Yoga, Ace Mart Restaurant Supply, Pizza Snob, Café Brazil, Luna de Noche, Ali Baba, Terra Mediterranean Grill, Hash House a Go Go, Whistle Britches, Carmel Neighborhood Restaurant & Bar, Bonnie Ruth’s Bistro Café, Rex’s Seafood, Toys Unique, Wildwood Grill and Phenix Salon Suites. I have also successfully completed investment sales transactions on behalf of clients such as Shafer Property Company, Toni & Guy and David Claassen Investments. For more than 40 years, I have specialized in shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings and medical office buildings. Throughout my career, I have been active in the development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage of over 10 million square feet of properties. In the last 10 years, I have averaged over 50 lease and sale transactions per year.As a native of Dallas, I spent the first 11 years of my career in all phases of real estate development, construction, leasing and management, with the Henry S. Miller Company. The next 10 years were focused primarily in the development and leasing area with Swearingen, Brosseau Development Co. and then with the Brosseau Company as Partner in Charge.I joined Corrigan Real Estate Services in 1990 and spent 19 years concentrating in restaurant, retail and office leasing, both on the project side and tenant representation side. I have been active in investment sales brokerage of shopping centers and office buildings. Previously I worked with the Retail Division of Colliers International as Executive Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage.
