The program is a serial number based system that allows input of data on up to 32 different fields of information. There are no limitations on equipment types and these equipment types have customizable attribute fields for capturing specific information pertinent to the equipment being audited. Different customers may need special information captured for their accounting or the receiving person to capture. ANEW’s system has a provision to setup custom data fields to allow that information to be either optional or required as a feature of the process. Custom reports can be created via a query system that allows the end user to select any or all of the specific fields. These fields have optional conditions that specify sorting and filtering criteria so that the report meets exactly the needs of the viewer.
