I have worked at ASC, maintaining and upgrading the Collins Class submarines, since 2011.My previous experience includes the construction of multi million dollar luxury yachts for Silver Yachts and the construction and sustainment of Defence and private vessels for Austal Ships.During my time in the industry, I've developed a wide range of skills including but not limited to CIT Mil-Spec soldering, fibre optic termination and splicing, large high pressure cable splices, calibration and fault finding of sensors, generators, AC and DC motor, DC motor starter and construction of large switch boards. I currently hold a NV1 defence security clearance.While working at the above mentioned companies, I've developed a very high quality of work and great attention to detail.I've also had to opportunity to lead and supervise teams and projects over my career. These experiences have allowed me to develop good leadership and communication skills in a variety of environments.Safety is an important factor in all tasks i perform and is always at the forefront of my mind when planning and executing a task.
