Across all of these functional areas, my overall objective has been to engage members/clients and employees through high value relationships that resulted in responsible and sustainable business growth and meeting the organization’s strategic objectives

Manex is a non-profit consulting company focused on business and process improvement in small to medium sized manufacturing companies. I led the Board of Directors and senior management team through the development of a new business strategy for the company, which included the design and implementation of new branding, marketing and sales strategies.

Reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for our nationwide 20 branch network and our corporate call center, which included setting and achieving annual targets for new members and product sales. My team and I drove the successful implementation of a culture changing sales and service program for all front line staff.

Reporting to the CEO, I created, managed, and was accountable for profit and loss of the Deposit and Lending Business Units, which developed, marketed and delivered products to members. Drove the development and execution of a new corporate branding strategy. Achieved a three-year compound annual growth rate of 23% in deposits, 26% in consumer loans and 100% in real estate loans.
