Based in Auckland - had a great time taking the Meadow Lea site through some fast paced changes and leading the site to win the CEO Safety Award in 2006.

Responsible for both the Refining and Packing operations at the facility in Melbourne. Really enjoyed the challenges this role presented, including the end-to-end focus from raw materials through the some key customer challenges.

Based at the Tatura site in Victoria - really enjoyed the challenge of some key projects, including the launch of Five Brothers pasta sauce and Bulk Potato Unloading.
