I was all of the front of house staff at once. I greeted customers, took them to their tables, took drink orders, took food orders, made drinks behind the bar, brought food to customers, took the empty plates away, brought them their bill and cleaned the tables once they left. All with help from my manager and fellow employees who I had to help train from time to time. Not only did I deal with the restaurant front, I also ensured that any take away orders where secure and accurate so that the drivers could easily pick them up and take them with maximum efficiency and minimum mistakes. Apart from the food aspect I also had to clean the restaurant when it got dirtier. This included the stairs, main dining room, secondary dining room and bathrooms.
