Simultaneously focused on managing a number of large scale projects. I was directly responsible for optimizing and deploying a cost-effective procurement and delivery solution for the automated supply chain inventory systems. Created detailed KPI metric models, produced business and functional requirements documentation, created budget analysis, timelines, and resource requirements. I worked closely with all stakeholders – business, IT hardware, developers, vendors and end users.

Coordinated large scale EPM/EMR/RCM/Accounting implementations and upgrades across a variety of different platforms with numerous clinics and hospitals business partners. As a Senior Project Manager I planned, executed, and finalized projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and/or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsible for the overall technological direction of the organization and all aspects of the organization’s information technology systems including all hardware and software. Role is to provide vision, integrative management, and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives. Tasked with directing the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, improve service quality, and facilitate business development. The Trustee’s Office views the CIO as a key member of the executive team and a contributor in formulating short and long term strategic goals that will provide the organization with the vision to master information technology as a competitive tool. Therefore, the position requires constantly analyzing and reworking existing business processes, while identifying, developing, and deploying the capability to utilize new tools, reshaping the enterprise's physical infrastructure and network access, and identifying and exploiting the enterprise's knowledge base resources.Duties and responsibilities:• Development of STAR.Net – Shelby County Trustee Accounts Receivable. Manage a team of seven programmers currently working on STAR.Net and STAR.VB projects. Utilize Visual Studio 2005, Source Safe, Team Foundation for the development of the UI and the middle tier business rules (stored procedures), and SQL for the data warehousing engine.• KIOKS development and deployment throughout Shelby County – 8 units.• Develop specific programming procedures and protocols, and require all developers to follow, without deviation, the programming policy.• Ensure that the programming processes are constantly being improved through monitoring feedback from current processes and entertaining the introduction of new innovative processes to increase repeated success.
