• As a airline Catering checker my role requires me to ensure all food items ordered by the Airline are available on board and fresh within a stringent time period.• Ensuring all food and equipment are loaded onto the catering trucks to be distributed to corresponding galleys.• Removing correct food carts and containers from the aircraft and replacing with the new items.• Handing over all new food and beverage carts to the outbound cabin crew.• Liaising with the airline staff to ensure satisfactory service of the outbound flight• Driving both Medium Rigid and Heavy Rigid catering trucks between the Dnata Catering Depot and the Aircraft.

• Liaising with site manager to ensure daily tasks are completed• Elevated Work Platform: Scissor lift and Boom Lift <15m • Forklift operations• Traffic duties• 2-way radio usage• Power tools operations;o Jackhammero Demolition Sawo Assorted general power tools

• Managing all aspects of the Aircraft cabin (Airbus A380 and Boeing 777) from boarding to disembarkation of customers, whilst liaising with Engineers, Dispatchers, Pilots and Catering Agents.• Management of time, product and people through inspired leadership of up to 24 crew members from over 120 Nationalities whilst ensuring the world's best in-flight experience is delivered to up to 520 customers at once. • Conducting Pre flight briefings for my team to ensure flight specific information is passed and safety precautions are met.• High-end customer service including, Royalty, Celebrities and VVIP customers with discretion• Driving onboard sales of Emirates brands such as DNATA, Arabian Adventures and MontBlanc.• Making Judgments and decisions pertaining to safety and security in line with corporate requirements, civil aviation, and international standards.• Ensuring KPI’s are met for Performance reviews to cabin crew and cabin supervisors to provide feedback, guidance and direction to ensure standards are met as they apply to customers, safety, security and overall performance on board.• Conducting on board training of Cabin crew members, and Cabin Supervisors.• Liaising with other departments within the company with regards to catering, safety and security and Emirates Skywards (frequent flyer program).• Making recommendations in relation to training requirements for staff, in line with corporate policies.• Fully trained in First Aid, Emergency Evacuation and Survival Techniques.

• Supervising a team of up to 10 bar staff and waiters• Ensuring Staff Rostering is done with a 2 week grace period• Liaising with product representatives to organise product promotions and incorperate new products into the cocktail menu• Bar operations, Stock take, cleaning, organization • Cash register operations and reconciliation• Cocktail menu creation based on current trends• Ensuring staff are aware of VIP section customers and menus• Hiring and training new staff
