Promoted to Team Lead of the Client Activation Team (Account Administration/AML/KYC) with 7 direct reports. The team is directly responsible for onboarding new Clients for DTCC memberships, performing AML/KYC reviews of new & existing Clients, and providing the front end & back end set up of new Client accounts.

Working as part of the Client Activation Team which covers Account Administration/AML/KYC, spread across 3 locations - Wrexham, Jersey City and Tampa. On boarding US and Non-US clients for NSCC, DTC AND FICC Memberships. Directly assisting clients with the completion of documentation, both financial and legal, before reviewing for membership. Liaising with external financial regulators such as FINRA to ensure clients eligibility for memberships with DTCC.
