I have worked served many roles at Vyne (formerly MEA|NEA.) I started off in Client Support by providing dental and medical providers support for the FastAttach software and a number of related products. I then transitioned into software development as a Business Analyst where I assisted with the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products. During my two years in this position, my role transitioned into performing QA and writing training documentation. I have recently transitioned back into Client Support as a senior specialist where my skills and knowledge gained during my time in software development give me an edge when assisting clients.
