These include executive level meetings, management staff meetings/1:1's, monthly New Agent/Business Owners Conferences, and quarterly Pre-Results Week Meetings. Use info to create graphs/reports for handouts/visual presentations (PowerPoint).-Track agent resignations and contact District Managers/CFR employees regarding agent's policy count to ensure smooth transition.-Help employees with daily office needs (document/report creation, technical help, updating web content/links, proofing, etc).-Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual payment of department-wide invoices.-Perform troubleshooting/maintenance on department office equipment (Smart Boards, video conferencing modules, printers, projectors, etc).-Order office supplies and computer equipment for department.
