I am managed two main tasks: the design and construction of a new 1.2M SF campus and the addition of a production line which utilizes highly flammable components

My role was to lead the design and construction of a large, new campus in Mooresville.

My role at CHA Consulting centered around project management, client relations, engineering, and team leadership. Our teams succeeded with $20 million projects, $200 million projects, master planning, value engineering, quality control, and much collaboration. Clients were very satisfied with our park projects, fairgrounds renovations, security improvements, and environmental controls. I oversaw the design of buildings, building systems, civil site work, and term agreements.

I am glad to have been a part of BCMI's aggressive growth. I provided project management, construction management, and helped clients with facilities management. I oversaw quality control, change management, client relations, and renovations. My leadership helped the company in their growth stages.

I provided facilities management for 1.8 million square feet of classrooms, offices, labs, and specialty training. I leveraged my leadership with engineering, construction management, value engineering, and collaborations. - average $30 million annual of major construction projects - staff of 35 - 1.8 million S.F. to oversee (labs, classrooms, public spaces, retail, restaurants, offices) - campuses in eight counties - dozens of renovation projects each year - created a facility management organizationI also managed all all maintenance activities and all custodial staff . I provided leadership with master planning assistance. I worked with GREAT people; and we had plenty of challenges with old buildings and limited funds. We kept a rapid pace of opening new facilities; we opened five facilities in 3 years.

Re-Think, LLC offered my talents and passions in the world of environmental sustainability. I led as a natural proponent for high-performing facilities that are energy conscious and healthy places to work. The results were buildings that cost less to operate, attract better workers, and help to keep workers healthy and productive.

My leadership provided construction management and facilities management on the 2,000,000 s.f. Roche Diagnostics campus for 19 years, completing $80-$100 million of projects (renovations, new construction, clean rooms, wet & dry labs, offices, warehouses, site-work), and solidifying many relationships throughout campus. I lead a project management staff of as many as 30, and provided collaboration with engineering and architecture; I provided life cycle analysis, and also provided a clear focus on Quality Management, Change Management, Safety Programs and Sustainability Programs.
