I have 15 years experience in commercial risk management as well as managing large portfolios of existing business.I attend to specialist risk inquiries and give constant advice to my existing clients on all aspects of short term insurance risk within their business.I attend to and assist with small to large claims that my clients have incurred to make sure that they understand the process together with advice along the way.Annual insurance reviews with each and every client is a strengthening process in which my client and I better the existing insurance covers even further and cement our relationship in understanding that we must work together in managing the risk.Understanding and applying a client's business insurance needs into an insurance solution is what clients want and need for peace of mind.New Business is always important to growing the business income and strengthening our relationships with multiple insurers therefore allowing our clients more insurance benefits for less money.Relationships with my clients are key , service delivery and quality feedback including professional advice is considered my top priority. Too long have clients accepted bad service and I cannot accept this , so i go out of my way to make them Wow the service.Client Retention is the aim and with that clients grow within themselves as better bigger businesses knowing they will not lose financially when that insurance claim comes along.
