This includes reviewing and updating project charters, defining scope and high level business requirements (Capabilities/Features/EPICs/User Stories), identifying impacted system and facilitating Solution workshops with the IT areas, gathering estimates from the impacted areas, and soliciting approval from senior leadership to move projects into the next phase.
