I am responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as the annual 1099 reporting and processing, all reporting for Physician Payment Sunshine Act, and bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations. As an associate, and later as an investment advisor representative, at Monson Wealth Management, I performed retirement analyses, directed client meetings, oversaw the account management of hundreds of clients, analyzed tax and other personal finance documents daily. I worked directly with our clients to develop and implement dynamic strategies that would give them the maximum probability of success in fulfilling financial goals. I was assigned to maintain professional relationships and perform account management duties for over 200 clients. I also worked as a team with Eldon Monson, owner of Monson Wealth Management, to perform client onboarding meetings with high net worth clients. I managed clients' risk through the implementation of diverse portfolios that included securities, insurance, and trust products. In order to better serve high net worth clients, I assisted in the development and implementation of a new program that brought in more than $8,000,000 of new assets under management.

As an intern at Epic Trust, I was entrusted with creating the online platform for Epic Trust's training website, Velocity Advisor Training, that will be used to train new Epic Trust employees and will be sold to other financial advisers as a professional training course. I worked directly with the company president to create all content for the training program.

I started at the Ivy apartments as a garbage collector, but was promoted various times, and within the first year that I was hired, the position of Shuttle Manager was created and I was asked to fill it. I am in charge of the day-to-day routines of a two-bus shuttle system for a private apartment complex with about 1,000 tenants. The buses ran for 10-13 hours per day. I manage a of team of 5-10 drivers which includes overseeing maintenance, cleaning, scheduling, hiring, firing, and training. While in this position as manager, I have created and implemented new standard procedures with accountability processes that have saved the complex over $500 per year in labor costs alone and have improved the image of the complex leading to higher retention rates with current tenants.One of my favorite parts of working for the Ivy Apartments is the opportunity to step into projects and tasks that someone in a similar job wouldn't get a chance to do. While I've been here I've had the opportunity to create various spreadsheets for weekly reporting, uniform completion of tasks, tracking of mileage and gas use, and dynamic maintenance schedules that 'flag' needed maintenance items.

Simply Soft IBC Co. was a student-run startup company that sold various skin-care products. I started as a member of the Operations team where we refined the recipes for our products and refined production processes to cut labor time by 200%. I took a turn in the marketing department where our marketing campaign improved brand awareness by 12% on BYU-Idaho's campus. I was then voted to become the CEO where I was able to work with my team of 13 to increase weekly revenues by 400% and eliminate extra expenses leading to increased profit margin. As CEO, I also created and followed up on various key performance indicators to assure we met our goals as a company.

I joined Parkside Driving School because of the excellent reputation in the community and because it provided the opportunity to see the inner workings of a small, profitable business while improving my customer service and professional skills such as presenting in front of groups and instructing hundreds of young men and women to drive. During my time at Parkside, I was in charge of 13-15 different classes. In total, I taught over 500 students individually and in a classroom setting. I met most of the parents of these students and worked closely with them trying to improve driving habits and skills.I was also a Certified Testing Examiner in the State of Washington. I was certified in English and in Spanish and proctored almost 100% of the Spanish tests during the 22 months that I worked at Parkside. In total, I met, connected, and tested over 1,000 individuals for the Washington Drivers License.
