During my tenure at Salesforce, I deployed a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to confront and mitigate a wide array of challenges. I dedicated my efforts towards delivering prompt and effective support across several critical sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare, finance, and logistics management. My overarching goal was to demonstrate the potential of technology to serve as a catalyst for positive change.

In response to the crisis and its fallout, I was involved with AIG's significant transformation to repay the government bailout funds and address systemic risk to reduce the likelihood of future bailouts.
