Leading and supervising the day to day operations of the sales floor and logistics teams (approximately 40 employees and 4 supervisors)- Delivering high results of logistic/operational processes and sales (~$28M)- Supervising and development of ~35 team members and 3 supervisors- Managing payroll and budgets - Managing total store inventory of ~500,000 units - Planning and implementing all logistic and warehouse processes to maximize sales and space management

While playing professional basketball based in Austria and Hungary and traveling throughout Europe,I was also actively involved with teaching and coaching youth basketball programs and working with local elementary schools to further develop their physical education programs.
