Responsibilities:• Manage business operations of Harvey Norman technology franchise in multiple stores • Review and approve budgets, employment contracts, financial reports and legal documents• Report franchisee sales, financial and operational activities to company directors • Develop and monitor sales growth through leadership of sales and store management teams• Monitor adherence to legal, financial and contractual franchisee obligations and reporting• Oversee the coordination of store openings, new product launches and sales events• Manage sales and retail support teams including performance reviews and contract negotiations• Manage sales of third party business partners: Services – Tech2Home / Product Care, Financing – Latitude (GE), NCF, Flexirent, Telco - Telstra / Optus. • Order and manage stock coordination, merchandise and stock control• Execute inventory practices including receiving, restocking, transport and managing discrepancies• Provide comprehensive sales reports to management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis• Co-ordinated store closures for the holding company

• Manage sales and performance of computing department management of up to 45 staff• Regularly meeting with franchisee to report sales figures and review budgets and staffing issues• Support the franchisee to grow business, manage staff and assist with issues impacting profitability• Manage department fit-outs to ensure consistency and compliance with branding guidelines• Manage store rosters, controls and sales targets and address any concerns with store managers• Recruite, manage and train sales and support teams• Maintain ongoing relationships with key stockists and sales representatives • Undertake retail sales, store merchandise and stock control duties• Resolve customer complaints and addressing product issues to reduce impact on sales• Process hire purchase and rental equipment contracts and administration• Undertaking accounts payable and receivable, debt retrieval, estimate and final costing processes• Contribute to future department planning and sales strategies• Co-ordinated store opens: Peppermint Grove (WA)• Co-ordinated store refit: Noosa (QLD)
