I am responsible for connecting CCAHA's virtual and in-person audiences to engaging educational programs, tours, and written resources, bringing preservation awareness to audiences in the Mid-Atlantic region, nationwide, and internationally. I take a community building approach to my work, using meaning-making and storytelling to broaden the reach of the Conservation Center's programming to the cultural heritage field and beyond.

• I plan, develop, and staff a variety of public programs including talks, making activities, evening programs, and an in-gallery music performance series • I provide tours and other in-gallery educational experiences for a range of adult audiences• I am responsible for hiring, training, and managing educators for the Spotlight Gallery Conversations program

Contributed to learning opportunities (talks, tours, courses and lectures) for general adult learners and Museum Guides around the permanent collection and special exhibitions. These duties included: • Planning and staffing lectures and talks • Teaching In-gallery conversations, lectures and courses, for the adult public as well as Museum guides • Liaising with curators on behalf of Public Programs on special ex as assigned

• Worked with the Director to develop all public and educational programs. • Performed outreach to students, faculty, administrative departments, as well as various outside community groups.• Developed and implemented a strategic marketing plan involving website and blog updates, social media, print publications, and press releases.• Served as liaison to the Gallery Engagement Team student organization, develops training for student guides.

• Deepened interpretive resources and museum engagement for college students & faculty.• Worked with faculty members across academic disciplines to integrate the Museum’s collections and exhibitions into their curricula through assignments and class visits.• Strengthened Docent Education by working with community partners and key Museum staff in the Education and Curatorial departments to become a teaching partner for both new and continuing docent education.

• Mentored students at Roberto J. Clemente High School by helping them with ACT prep, academic review, and the college application process. • Designed and implemented lesson plans to prepare students for a privately funded academic scholarship competition. • Assisted graduates of our high school program with their transitions to post-secondary education, supporting them with everything from homework help, to study skills, to involvement in extracurricular activities.
