• Lender and capital partner’s representative in the oversight of a $31 million Senior Housing facility development • Project management of various fields including facility additions, apartment upgrades, moderate to significant renovations, memory care conversions, sustainability efforts, generator installations, mold remediation projects, licensure conversions, roof replacements, and overhaul of various HVAC systems• Led ownership’s representation in seven major redevelopment projects totaling over $50 million. Partnered with Asset Management to identify future redevelopment projects and additional revenue enhancement opportunities• Directed $70 million in capital expenditures from 2017 through 2019, including projects ranging from $25k to $1.5 million. Conducts annual site inspections in order to aid in budget development and proper preventative maintenance processes • Developed relationships with various contractors and operators, including a portfolio of 80+ facilities ranging between 15-25 operators across 25+ states. Portfolio was focused within the Senior Housing industry but also included Skilled Nursing & Medical Offices• Directly oversaw $6.5M in sustainability funding. Primarily focused on LED lighting conversions, solar panel installations, and variable speed kitchen hood systems.
