These tasks were accomplished utilizing various computer-based systems such as the Sperry-Rand 1106, Target Data Processor (TDP), All-Purpose Tracker (APT), and Inter-Array Processor (IAP). Managed and supervised reconstruction of maritime patrol aircraft prosecutions. Prepared and presented results of these reconstructions to IUSS, VP, and upper echelon personnel in both oral and written format.Fleet representative for the development of computer-based systems used within IUSS. This involved participation in system requirements reviews, laboratory Testing, Operator-Machine development and evaluation. Conceived, authored, implemented and supervised three professional courses, from the basic operator level to the senior analyst. Authored the Plotter's Course at NAVFAC Brawdy Wales. Generated lesson plan and instructor guides, initiated and performed formal training of acoustic analysis data.
