I have been around job site's since I was three years old, 4th Generation Builder. I was 13 years old when I spent my first full summer as a Carpenter on a casino tower in Reno and I was a Foreman by the time I graduated from high school. The next step was to become a Superintendent but my father forced me to go to college (I hated him for it then but it makes a little more sense now). Spent the next two summers learning scheduling, logistics, production, form selection and sequencing and final two years of college learning estimating and project management.The day I graduated my father informed me that I was not coming into the family business right now or ever for that matter. He wanted me to build my own legacy in this business and that is what I have been doing for the last eleven years. I've had the opportunity to work for two of the best contractors in the world but I've always known that I wanted to own my own company. Which brings me to today, I teamed up with two great friends and a mentor to launch WCC.
