Pulse Data is a company that designed and produced computer equipment for the visually impaired and blind. My position with them required my abilities to set priorities and to work with people of greatly varying levels of technical knowledge. I was responsible for all aspects of Pulse Data’s IT systems, from planning and implementing major upgrades to identifying and remedying routine operational issues/problems.

A 1000 of these users were local, the rest were spread around the South Island. The local site incorporated three Call Centers, Sales, Provisioning, and Technical Support centers.
