Analyze crime trends within TCH, apply resources to mitigate these negative trends 4. Provide investigative reports and evidence for housing tribunals to remove tenants who are engaged in criminal activity in relation to their TCH residence 5. Provide assistance to tenants and communities where anti-social behaviour is prevalent to help with the return of tenants and communities to a safe environment6. Lead and coordinate responses for community issues, concerns, and investigations. Coordinate the allocation of resources, direct activities, manage risk, and review progress to ensure delivery of effective responses. Supervise and guide team members to ensure responses build confidence in policing and are delivered within appropriate legislation and policies.

41 Division Primary Respnse Unit

Provided leadership, guidance, and support to the members of the division. Directed the activities of the members within established policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Assessed team member capabilities by identifying development needs and competency gaps; created plans and coached team members to drive high performance and career progression.

Greater New York City Area

Worked in New York City with the New York Police Department (NYPD) Intelligence Division, monitoring and investigating criminal activity around the world with possible connections to the Greater Toronto Area. Shared best practices that could be adopted by the Toronto Police Service. Worked with Police Officers from various areas within the NYPD and across the world.

Firearms Enforcement Unit

Responsible for the enforcement of importing and trafficking of firearms within the Toronto area. Lead numerous complex investigations targeting criminal networks involved in firearms, weapons, drugs and organized crime related offenses. Worked closely with municipal, provincial, and federal agencies such as, the Ontario Provincial Police, Canada Border Services, Criminal Intelligence Services, RCMP, as well as US Law Enforcement Agencies.
