Background Experience:I am a results oriented Leader with 35 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. My Operations Management career includes 25 years of direct leadership involvement within product and facility launches with such companies as Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Tesla Motors, NIO (automotive), Astra (Aerospace) and Natera (Medical).My Management experience not only includes day to day operations but implementing and sustaining KPI's (S,Q,P,C), recruitment, capacity planning and driving continuous improvement activities.I have accomplished measurable results while managing multi-facility teams.
