Recruited and trained additional major gift officers. • Solicited and stewarded all planned gifts for the organization – (more than $2.1 million stewarded, solicited more than $3 million in expectancies).• Directly worked with and oversaw efforts in grant writing and research, direct mail campaign, annual campaign (including board and staff solicitation), events, volunteer program, FD&C committee, reporting to the Board of Directors, and donor database management.• Hired, trained and supervised Financial Development and Communications staff (4 FTE’s).• Led efforts to rebrand the organization – including website redesign, tools for online giving, helped establish new Facebook, Twitter and YouTube presence. • Improved usage and efficiency of donor database (Raiser’s Edge) by reconfiguring, establishing clear SOP’s, training, and procuring appropriate program modules.
