Beaver Creek Resort

Directed all operations of the Children’s Ski & Snowboard School. Provide leadership for a workforce of 440 instructors, 75 inside support staff, and a management team of 13. Responsible for department P&L, capital projects, children’s rental shop, children's resort best practices, project development, business development, and administrative affairs.

Forecast and Staff for 200 employees in the 7-14 year old Ski School Program.Facilitate hiring and training within the programResponsible for maintaining the highest level of guest service with in the program and following up on all guest complaints.
