•Lead a team of 4 IT Managers in the design and management of computing infrastructure for the College of Family, Home, and Social Sciences. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for the College. Manage new projects that use informations systems to enhance and further progress the work of the College. Manage, train and mentor students working on various projects and systems.•Consult with Faculty, staff, and students on the use of information technology that will help them get the most out of their work and education. Work closely with upper management and the Office of Information technology to provide systems that allow College personnel to do their work in the most efficient manner.•As a member of the University systems management group I played a key-role in providing input into various information technology projects. These projects oversee the design, development, and implementation of new infrastructure to be used campus wide.

• Play a key-role in the design and management of computing infrastructure for the electrical and computer engineering department. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing and supervising five support technicians handling day- to-day desktop support for the department. Created, developed, implemented and maintained a technical knowledge base for use by support staff and end users. Manage various projects on a daily basis and meet all deadlines in a timely manner.• Managed department hardware and software budgets used to replace laptops, desktops, servers and printers, as well as the purchasing and renewing of software licenses. Provided management on multiple Windows and Linux virtual servers using VMware vSphere and ESXi. Servers include web, license, mySQL, and PHP database management.• Worked closely with upper management in implementing my expertise in the field of information systems along with maintaining an imaging server used to deploy desktop images, automate repeatable tasks, software deployment, domain and security polices via active directory to maintain users and computers.
