My background consists of twenty years in the restaurant industry, the last six of those years specifically in restaurant management with a primary focus on beverages, where I developed and curated cocktail and drink programs. In 2022, I officially started a craft cocktail syrup company called Flight Beverage Company. In that time, I’ve partnered with a local hemp farm and event space, where I will be making hemp syrups and also heading their dry bar program.
