Public relations, aka "schmoozing," would be my true specialty, and being comfortable in any situation has always been a plus. I feel like my father in many ways of business, because you could put him in a room with a 2 year old and the Sultan of Brunai ..... sit them down next to each other, and he could captivate them for hours with stories and demeanor. That would be my number one asset as well - in my opinion, and the reason why is sincerity - there is no true life without it. Therefore, my strengths are in sales, creativity, and managing others. However, my goals are to simply live a quiet life at the beach in Mexico within the next 7 years.Specialties: Excellent negotiator, able to recognize trends and deals that make sense beyond the normal obvious ones, dealing with problematic individuals and generally turning a bad situation to good, promotional creativity and sharp advertising skills, and good organizational qualities for keeping many balls in the air at one time - yet detailed to not let any of them fall into mediocrity

A mid sized venue, accomodating approx 160 - 170 people when maxed out in the dining room, lounge, and outdoor patio (which sat on the 15th tee box overlooking the Oak Creek CC and the panoramic spectacle of the RED ROCKS). It was a tremendous ride for many years that produced a reputation for excellence of food and service, still known to the community at large in Sedona.
