Spent the last 19 years working in the middle market fixed income capital markets in various roles. I have worked with depositories in sizes ranging from below 100MM in assets up to 20BB+ across the country. Began my career in an analytical role, and continued to bring that focus along as a foundation to how we approach our relationships. Work on building strong client relationships through focusing on longevity and not transactional. Broad general focus on our business relationships ranging from liquidity, lending, securities, balance sheets, macro economic trends, and growth strategies among many others. Long history of maintaining excellent relationships and communications both externally and internally. Through my career I have always enjoyed looking to help our clients and firm solve unique problems through critical thinking, common sense approaches, and utilizing our internal and external network.
