Since commencing his consultancy in late 2012, Greg has been active in assisting a variety of organisations through the various elements of their strategic planning processes and is also a sought after mentor and governance advisor to senior managers in several different industries. He has been appointed to several regional Conduct Review Panels, acting for 69 NSW local government authorities, and has recently completed commissions with the Broken Hill City Council, the Central Darling Shire Council (on behalf of the NSW Office of Local Government) and Local Government NSW.

Greg is the Chairman of the Macarthur Credit Union Ltd, a small community banking institution, having been a Director since 1994. He has been a member of the Board Audit Committee and Chairman of the Strategy Group. Macarthur Credit Union, one of the fastest growing and most successful community banks in Australia, has assets of $200 million and an annual turnover exceeding $2 billion. He spent six years as a board director and National Councillor with the Australasian Mutuals Institute.

Appointed as Interim General manager with a brief to review the organisation and its financial sustainability pending the recruitment of a permanent General Manager.
