With over 40 years experience in the Estate & Lettings Agency industry, I have experienced the cyclical nature of independently owned and corporately owned Estate Agency models. Whilst a lot has changed over the last 40 years, I passionately believe that great Estate Agency is safest in the hands of independently owned and operated businesses. Having sold my former business (Intercountry) back in 2015, and spent 7 years running multiple brands of Estate Agents for LSL, I am delighted to now be running AIG Property Holdings Ltd, a collective of Estate & Lettings Agency brands operating in the South East of England. These brands include: Frost's, Intercounty, JNP and Thomas Morris.With each of these businesses now being independently owned again, it allows us to focus the direction of the brands to ensure that we remain wholeheartedly invested in people and property.
