About Greg Young

With 25 years of tenure at Consor Engineers, Greg started as a student intern and has now served as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Design Engineer, and Construction Structure Representative on a variety of California and Oregon transportation projects. What makes Greg's experience unique is that he has spent approximately 20 percent of his time in the field. As a result, Greg approaches every PS&E package with constructability as one of the primary considerations. He is a Highway Bridge Program (HBP) project specialist and uses his strong technical background in conjunction with his knowledge of the federally funded project process to successfully navigate the design, environmental, utility and right-of-way phases.
