Working in executive offices consulting on various corporate systems, processes, projects and project management. I am very pleased to be working with the Kolar Automotive Group in Duluth, MN again. I worked with the family in dealership development in 2002. They are a very solid business family that is well respected in Duluth, MN.

I had the priviledge of working for the Tenvoorde Family in St. Cloud, MN, in the areas of financial analysis and overview of all accounting, finance and operational functions with concentration in budgeting, gross margin analysis, forecasting, financial planning, Human Resources and Benefits Management. Facilitated Union Labor Negotiations. Consulted on and formulated family business matters and successorship planning.

I enjoyed working for the Kolar Auto Family in Duluth, MN and was involved in building the Hyundai dealership, staffing, training and managing sales operations working within a union environment.

When selling interest in Duluth Dodge Oldsmobile a portion of real estate was kept on highway 53 in Duluth and a used vehicle sales and service business was operated at that site pending a future real estate transaction. This site is now the location of Kolar Hyundai.

Was a partner in Duluth Dodge Oldsmobile. Was the active on site dealer principal and managed the full dealership operations, including sales, parts, service, human resources, benefits and the relocation of the dealership.One of five dealerships in Duluth covered under local Union Parts and Service Employee Contract. Served for several years on the union negotiation committee.Sold stock interest in the dealership in late 1998 while retaining a parcel of land for future development.

In 1989 and 1990 I was the General Manager of Miller Chevrolet in Rogers, MN. Helped to establish the dealership in its infancy and guided it through the start-up and remodeling stages. Worked in all phases of the dealership including sales, finance, service and human resources. Working in unison with Mike Miller who would eventually become the owner dealer principal of Miller Auto Center. We set up and ran the sales and service operation.In 1990 and 1991 moved to the Miller Auto Center home office in St. Cloud, MN where I assumed the position of corporate business controller and assisted Tom Miller with the administration of Miller Auto Center's operation. I handled the monthly consolidation of nine separate business financial statements into one financial statement.
