During my time as Technical Director I was responsible for the personnel and equipment for the Technical Arts Team, consisting of live audio, video, lighting and on-screen graphics. I managed several building projects, remodel projects and was responsible to choose and implement any new technical parts and services to serve Saddleback Church. I also took.
As the Audio Manager for Saddleback Church I was responsible for scheduling the audio staff. I was also the system installer and Front Of House Engineer in our main facility. At this time I was responsible to training many other staff and volunteers and the basics of audio production.
