As a leadership coach and consultant, I help school and business leaders and their teams break through sticking points to be more effective reaching their goals. I built my career teaching, coaching, and leading in schools across the globe. These organizations - located in Shanghai, New York City, Boston, Dallas, Shenzhen, and Washington, DC - put learners at the center of their journey. I've presented at national and global conferences on leadership and experiential learning.I earned a B.A. in history from Yale University and an Ed.M. in school leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and am certified as a Principal (Massachusetts). I lived abroad for five years and speak Chinese, Spanish, and French.My passion for wellness, initially nurtured by careers in Division I Soccer and competitive fitness, was further intensified by a 2014 health scare that left me hospitalized for 22 days. As part of my coaching, I draw upon these experiences, as well as certification from OPEX, ATA, and CrossFit, to help busy leaders manage burnout and other health goals.
