I have been working on the NOTM program since it was fielded at MCTSSA, Camp Pendleton, Ca. in 2012. In charge of organization and tasking of each of the NOTM team members, NOTM training, tracking of all MI's, firmware and software updates, service requests, and the reporting of significant events and accomplishments performed. I also coordinate with local Marine Units, MCTSSA, and SPAWAR and I retain all of the responsibilities of my previous SAIC position below.

Planned, coordinated and supervised all data, radio and wired communications support for the 1st Marine Division Staff and the Commanding General during this time frame. Analyzed, reviewed and rewrote the Marine Corps Individual Training Standards for the Data, Radio, and Operational Communications Military Occupational Specialties (MOS).  Managed the assignments of more than 330 personnel and more than $35 million in communication assets within Communications Company to meet the operational needs of the 1st Marine Division. Coordinated and scheduled all Communications Occupational Specialty classes, identified training deficiencies and outsourced commercial classes to satisfy the dynamic operational requirements, shortfalls and progression for forty-nine different communication job specialties. Counseled all personnel to both facilitate mission accomplishment and personal career development of the individual. Supervised the personnel, equipment and assignments of more than 1,500 Marines within 9th Communications Battalion. Senior Enlisted Technical Advisor for all issues related to the planning and design of the tactical networks in support of exercises, operations and contingencies both in garrison and in support of the Iraqi Interim Government. Developed unit level data classrooms, computer labs and a local five-week Tactical Data Network Course (TDN). Assigned, supervised and provided guidance to the instructors of the TDN course.
