Working within the residential property development division my role (on a 1 year fixed consultancy contract) was to strengthen the delivery of projects to ensure end value, programme and cost plans were achieved. The company has a strong design driven DNA which required careful integration into the construction procurement process. Projects ranged from £3M to £20M construction value.

An exciting £200M marina and residential resort (www.palmcay.com). I was appointed on a fixed 1 year contract to drive construction, sales and marketing to a different level. I engaged new marketing teams in the US and Canada and transformed sales within just six months. Having created a completely fresh management structure the development delivered substantial returns not previously attained. A strong focus on 'change management' ensured a great outcome for the investor. My role was consultancy based spending 3 weeks in Bahamas followed by 1 week in UK per month.

High end residential construction company requiring assistance with complex contractual risk assessment. A fixed term contract

Chief Exec of property and construction development company. We undertook many projects including the ExCeL Exhibition Centre (Royal Victoria Docks), surrounding hotels and residential towers, mixed use developments such as Warehouse K. We developed the Electra Business Park funded by Schroders (the former West Ham coal fired power generation site). In addition we undertook projects in Germany, Thailand and Portugal. Other residential schemes in London included Falcon Wharf (145 flats at 19 storeys) by Battersea heliport and The Bridge (170 flats) by Battersea Park.

Leading partner in a Project Management company delivering a variety of projects for clients. This ranged from residential and commercial development to fitting out central London offices.

Initially a residential developer in Maida Vale, this jointly owned property business soon turned to commercial with the first venture being the development of the east side of Bedford Square, London WC1. Following that we entered into a Joint Venture as equal partners with Tarmac Properties Ltd where we were the lead partners in developing Craven Street, London WC2 by Charing Cross station (a GBP 60M project). Our Headquarters was at No 8 Bedford Square WC1 which was a wholly owned property.

A residential property development company that specialised in conversion of north west London houses into flats. I was the sole proprietor, contractor, designer and driving force employing the core trades direct and being entirely site based. A massive learning curve in commitment and delivery.
