* Pupil Premium; Creation of, and adherence to, Pupil Premium Strategy & budget. Regular reporting and strategic analysis of disadvantaged performance and provision. Strategies embedded to overcome gaps in learning via high ambitions of students and the development of cultural capital within a broad & balanced curriculum. * Exams strategy, organisation and support. Facilitation of access requirements & support allowing the best possible outcomes for students.* Remote/blended learning; Implementation of school remote learning. Mirroring the intended curriculum journey remotely and ensuring high level of student engagement. * E Safety & Website development; Student safeguarding for safe online learning environment & online activity. Communication to parents/carers providing further support for students increasing digital exposure.* Rewards & awards; House System and its daily impact on student motivation, engagement, behaviour and attitudes. House Captain Team, integral to providing student voice, promoting personal development, diversity and inclusivity. * Assessment & progress; range of data analysed for statistical significance, allowing for useful indications of student outcomes. Triangulation of the ‘data picture’ of student progress with first hand evidence demonstrated in curriculum implementation. Feedback, retrieval and assessment prioritised for student understanding and to inform quality of teaching.* Teaching & Learning Reviews; critical understanding of curriculum Intent, Implementation & Impact across Faculties.
