As the Web Operations Systems Manager at San Francisco Zen Center, I'm responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of SFZC's primary websites. Hired by this Bay Area based non-profit for year long project to update and streamline the organization's web presence, web related back office processes and develop Social Media channels.Created robust information architecture from four existing sources (two websites, online newsletter and print newsletter) to drive new data oriented website based on Drupal CMS. Created website visitor profiles and use cases to guide efforts. Created assortment of content types and node views to support use cases. Coordinated migration of content and launch of site.Designed and built new back office process ecosystem using a combination of Drupal CMS, third party form/payment processing and online CRM to replace tedious manual processes.Rolled out websites to support and improve organization's patient conference registration process and walk-a-thon fundraiser sign up and donation processing.
