Previous 7 years part of global Product Management team defining next generation cloud services and platform requirements for Cloud Services, in support of enterprise and service provider customers.

Led Avaya’s Converged Conferencing (voice, video & web conferencing), and desktop UC clients business for enterprise and service provider customers including strategic planning with accountability for the P&L. Also, lead the Avaya’s joint development with Polycom and the integration of video into Avaya’s core communications applications. Recommended and led the $103M acquisition and integration of Spectel audio conferencing and the development of the combined product roadmaps. Transformed the business from legacy hardware based TDM solution into a IP based software business model while leading all aspects of the business including R&D investments, manufacturing, support, and sales with full P&L accountability while maintaining #1 market share.
