As Deployment Experience Lead, supported the operationalization, change management, and training of the Project Management Office’s (PMO) processes, policies, and systems, serving as a subject matter expert in PMO execution and operation. Collaborated with cross-functional peers and leadership to enhance business processes, optimize systems (e.g., OpenAir, Salesforce, Smartsheet), and develop roll-out strategies for PMO training and development.• Successfully implemented a new service evaluation process through cross-functional collaboration. Developed and executed a 4-6 week timeline, produced training videos, and ensured clear communication, resulting in highly effective rollout and minimal delays.• Vastly improved efficiencies by implementing and testing new automated workflows that consolidated feedback processes; trained the Deployment Experience Team, created training videos, and communicated changes to PMO. Resulted in seamless adoption and streamlined methodology for Client Delivery and PMO teams.
