  After starting the business from scratch my duties included bookkeeping, marketing, purchasing, sales to major clients and customer service. I was the company’s first webmaster and worked to get the website online in 1998 and have done extensive marketing to make sure it had a prominent ranking on Google, Bing and Yahoo. I was the go-to guy for customer problems and am proud of our single complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau in 27 years of business, from a customer that never even purchased tickets form us.
